By guiding you into a state of relaxation and deep focus, I can help you access your subconscious and create new thought patterns and beliefs that support your goals and desires.

Do We Have to Meet in Person?No, we don't have to meet in person. I offer sessions via Zoom and Facebook Messenger, so you can enjoy sessions from the comfort of your own home or wherever works best for you. The session works just as well remotely as they do in person.

How Soon Will I See Results?The speed of your progress is up to you! By listening to your tailored recording at least once a day for 28 days, you will be motivated to take those steps towards your goals. Hypnosis is a process, and the more you engage with it, the faster you'll see results.

What Will You Put in the Recording?In your free discovery call, we’ll discuss what you want to achieve and the words that inspire you. I’ll then tailor your recording specifically to you, using language and techniques that are most effective for your unique needs and desires.
